Why create an account?

With an account, you are able to view your purchase history (including order details and tracking numbers) and have access to an electronic receipt. In addition, you are able to save certain preferences to speed up the checkout process.

Do I need to have an account in order to make a purchase?

Not at all. If you don’t want to create an account, you are still able to make purchases as a guest.

I’ve forgotten my password and/or am not able to connect to my account. What should I do?

You may be experiencing a problem with your account name or password. In both cases, our Customer Service representatives are equipped to help you confirm and/or reset your information.

  • They can be contacted at support@sports-experts.heyday-mail.com.
  • If you would like to reset your password on your own, simply click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page, enter your email address and then click on “Reset my Password”, on the following page. An email will be sent to you with the final instructions.

If I already have an active account on the Trio Hockey website, is it possible to use it on sportsexperts.ca, or do I need to create a new account?

It is quite possible to use your Trio Hockey customer account on sportsexperts.ca. Your username and password remain the same, whether you are surfing on the Sports Experts website or on the Trio Hockey website.
