Canada Post Strike

We know that it is important for you to receive your orders as quickly as possible, especially during this time of year.

As you are probably aware, Canada Post began a national strike on November 15, 2024, which ended on December 17, 2024. Even though Canada Post services have resumed, it will take time to stabilize their operations.

Since all our online orders are delivered by Purolator, there is no risk of not receiving your items due to the strike. However, there may be delivery delays due to the higher processing volume at Purolator.

Customers living in remote areas of Quebec, where the final stage of delivery is handled by Canada Post, may experience an additional processing delay for their orders.

How much does it cost?

The shipping fees are free for orders of $74.99 or more before taxes. A flat rate of $8.00 plus taxes will be charged for any order under $74.99 before taxes. Any orders including an oversize product will also incur a one-time fee of $10.00 plus taxes.

How long are delivery times?

Under normal circumstances, order will arrive approximately 2 to 5 business days following the date of the order confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number (or numbers if the order ships in multiple packages) once the order is picked up by Purolator.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

We recommend that you track your package directly on the Purolator website. Note that you will need to enter the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If the package is ready to be picked up at a Purolator facility, the procedure to claim your package will be provided. If you need additional information regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service at support@sports-experts.heyday-mail.com.

Is there a charge for oversized products and what products will incur such charge?

A $10.00 plus taxes fee will be applied once per order (even if the order includes multiple oversized products). The products that incur this charge vary throughout the year, but in general those exceeding 1 meter in length, width or height are considered to be oversized. This fee will always be clearly identified in the cart prior to completing your checkout.

Are delivery fees applicable on the purchase of a gift card?

No delivery fees will be applied when a gift card is purchased alone. However, when other products are included in the order, the value of the gift card is excluded from the amount that determines eligibility for free delivery.

Can the shipping address differ from the billing address?

Absolutely. Both addresses can be different. However, your shipping address must always be located in the province of Quebec. Moreover, your billing address should always match the address associated with the credit card used to pay for your order.

Where can I have my order delivered?

You can have your order delivered to any valid address in the province of Quebec - it can be your home or office, just as long as it is located in the province of Quebec.

Order confirmation

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. The tracking link provided in this email is the best source of information regarding the status of your order. If your order includes multiple parcels, a tracking link will be provided for each parcel.

Tracking link

Tracking information is updated on the carrier’s website as soon as it becomes available.

Please note that it may take up to 24 business hours for the carrier to provide tracking information for your parcels once they have been shipped and are on their way to their destination. The availability of this information, as well as its accessibility may vary depending on the carrier.

Tracking through your account

If you placed your order while logged into your account, you will also be able to find the tracking number(s) and link(s) in your order details in the section My Account. You can also track your order via the Purolator website. Click here for details: Track a Package or Shipment | Purolator. You can sign up for email updates on the carrier's website.

What should I do if, upon opening my package, an item is damaged?

Our customer service agents will be happy to assist you. You can reach them at support@sports-experts.heyday-mail.com. Their contact information will also appear on the packing slip enclosed within the package. Visit the Contact us page for hours of operation of our Customer Service.

If I am not present at the time of delivery, where do I go to pick up my package?

If the shipment is awaiting pickup at a Purolator depot or an authorized drop-off location, the procedure for retrieving your package will be provided. Purolator will leave you a notice indicating where you can pick up your package, as well as the deadline for doing so. You can schedule a second delivery attempt based on your availability via their website or by phone at 1-888 SHIP-123.

Can I have different items in a single order delivered to different addresses?

This is unfortunately not a possibility. Items from a single order can only be shipped to a single address.


Store Pickup

What is it?

Shop online and pickup your order in store.

Why?

Pay in advance and skip the lineup at the register.

How much does it cost?

Free

When can I pick up my order if I opted for a store pickup?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup at the store you selected. Please wait for this email before heading to the store.

Do I need to show a photo ID or proof of purchase when picking up an order in store?

Yes, it is necessary to present a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order and your electronic receipt (received by email) in order to pick up your order in store. In certain cases, you may also be asked to show the method of payment used.

How long will my order be kept at the store?

Your order will remain at the store for 30 days as of the billing date.

We invite you to pick up your order within 30 days maximum, following the reception of the email indicating that your order is ready. After 30 days, your order will be refunded and your items will be restocked.

Is the option to pick up in store available at all Sports Experts / Atmosphere stores?

Yes, our free pick-up in store service is available to all our locations in Quebec.
